Jasmine's Fun Friday

Last Friday there were two activities that we took part in with the some members of the Lighthouse Homeschool Association. The first was book club. It was our first meeting of the year. My mother and I are leading the club this year. The girls brought and showed three items about themselves. We chose books for the next few months. And they ended the meeting by playing a getting-to-know-you Cranium game. They took a break in the midst of their game to pose for this photo.

Jamine, mom, and I hung out in Wake Forest until the evening when we took Jasmine to paint at Works of Clay. We still need to pick up her art work. We can't wait to see how it looks. :o) Here she is painting:

We also ate at a good pizza shop that we didn't get any pics of. They gave us some really good dessert for free that was like funnel cake with powdered sugar and chocolate. Yum!
